Eligible for booking between May 1 2022 - May 31 2022 (with a travel period of May 1 2022 through August 1 2022), the first 20 American members who successfully arrange and stay at a home swap in London will be eligible to have a butler visit them in their London home swap property, so that they can experience a truly ‘royal’ lifestyle.
Of these, the first 5 members to confirm and stay at their home swap in London will also receive a free luxury afternoon tea for two, served by their butler at ‘home’.
American members are defined as ‘individual members who have a home situated in the United States of America that they have available to swap through Love Home Swap platform.’
London members are defined as ‘individual members who have a home situated in London, England that they have available to swap through Love Home Swap platform.’
To be eligible for the complimentary butler:

A link to your property in America that you have listed with Love Home Swap.
A link to the London property that you have agreed to stay in.
This home listing must be with Love Home Swap and booked via the Love Home Swap platform.
The dates you have agreed to stay in the London property.
The first 20 American members to arrange their home swap in London will receive five (5) hours of service in one day from a butler provided by a third-party, Randolph’s, business address: 7-8 Henrietta Street, Covent Garden, London WC2E 8PW. Love Home Swap will pay for these butlers. There is no cash alternative. Love Home Swap shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance.
The first 5 American members to arrange a home swap in a London property will also receive a complimentary afternoon tea for two, comprising of fingers sandwiches, scones and clotted cream, served by a butler at their home swap property in London. There is no cash alternative.
Members who are not eligible for the complimentary afternoon tea will have the option to pay for this service themselves.
The services offered by the butler are at the butler’s discretion. Examples of services offered include serving drinks, canapes, afternoon tea and dinner.
This Initiative does not include butler gratuity or fees for additional add-on services.
If you are successful in your application for a complimentary butler service, Love Home Swap will share your contact details with Randolph’s (the butler service provider.) You will then agree the date, time and location of your 5-hour booking.
In these terms and conditions “we”, “us” and “our” shall mean the Promoter and “you”, “entrant” and “participant” shall mean the eligible member of this promotion as set out above.
By entering the Initiative, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By entering the Initiative, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the complimentary butler service. There is no charge to enter or claim this promotion.
Only one promotion can be used per eligible member and per home swap. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions running from time to time.
We will not share your personal details with any third parties, other than Randolph’s. By you claiming this promotion, you confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy and agree to your personal details being shared with Randolph’s, a third-party company. Such personal details shall be limited to your name, phone number, email address and the dates and location of your stay in London. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time before your complimentary butler service commences by sending an email to butler@lovehomeswap.com.
This Initiative is open to any eligible member of Love Home Swap who either has a home swap property situated in United States of America or in London, England. You must be aged 18 or over to be eligible for the promotion.
The travel period for the Initiative is May 5th 2022 to August 5th 2022. Members must stay at their home swap in London between these dates to benefit from this promotion.
The booking period for the Initiative will close at midnight on June 5th 2022. Any home swaps agreed after this date will not be eligible for the promotion. Valid for new reservations only and subject to availability. We reserve the right to end this promotion at any time.
London members of Love Home Swap who agree to host an American member during the booking period, agree to the butler providing butler services within in his/her home.
If the butler cancels the service, Love Home Swap will endeavour to arrange a replacement butler. If this cannot be arranged in the timescale of your home swap in London, we will offer a complimentary afternoon tea for two in London, though we reserve the right to provide a cash alternative of £195.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the butler service, or any failure or inability of eligible members to take advantage of the promotion for any reason.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any Initiative entries that are incomplete, illegible or late, or not received due to technical issues regardless of cause, including delay in transit, equipment failure, technical malfunction, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
The Promoter will not be liable for any malfunction or event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control which prevents the fulfilment of this promotion.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for loss to any person or property relating to this promotion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever to any participant in this promotion in respect of this promotion.
If you have been successful in your claim for a complimentary butler, you will be notified and contacted by the Promoter directly via email within 7 days after the Initiative has ended.
If you have been successful in your claim for a complimentary butler, you must respond that you are happy to accept your claim by e-mail within 7 days of us confirming that you have secured the complimentary services of the butler, or we reserve the right to offer the complimentary butler services to the next eligible member.
In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning claims made by members of the Promoter, or the operation of any part of the Initiative, the decision of the Promoter shall be final.
These terms and condition shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
